Hi! I am Mrs. Quirk! I am in my 19th year of teaching and my 8th year here at Johnson. I decided to become a teacher from the time I was a student because I loved school. I loved school culture. I loved peeking ahead at what we’d learn each year, and I was certainly teacher’s pet sometimes! I attended University of Central Florida for my Bachelors of Science degree in elementary education. I obtained my Masters of Education degree in early childhood education at Georgia State University. I have taught at Huie Elementary outside Atlanta, here at Johnson, one Army/DOD school at Ft Moore, GA, and one Navy/DOD school in Yokosuka, Japan! I am happily married to my husband Mike, and we love dogsitting in our spare time. My biggest wish for my 芭乐视频 is that they begin to love reading, love school culture the way I do, and always pursue lifelong learning!
